Here’s how to use Ultra Clean Ultra Wash:
1 – First, pour half of the bottles contents in your mouth carefully .
2 – Then, swish thoroughly around your mouth, very well for 2-3 minutes.
3- Spit out contents. Rinse with water .
Then repeat the above steps using the remaining half of the bottle .
